Founder's Note
I remember a time when people dreamed of creating a perfect utopia.
While we all know perfection is unattainable, what if we could build something real, a media and social networking platform that celebrates both our individualities and our shared similarities? A space grounded in the belief that even though we may think differently, ask different questions, and come from different cultures, we are all in this together.
Creating The Incc has been one of the most challenging and rewarding journeys of my life. I have no illusion that it will be for everyone, or that every post, story, or comment will exist in perfect harmony. But The Incc represents my honest attempt to celebrate people from all communities by sharing their stories, missions, visions, failures, and successes.
My hope is that no matter what culture or community you come from, you see a bit of yourself in each person we feature and every story we tell. May you be inspired, may you learn, and may you feel encouraged to celebrate, ask questions, and connect all within the safe space we're building together at The Incc.
The Incc is a simple Incorporation of Culture and Community with original storytelling created in honor of our shared humanity. A place to celebrate ourselves and one another, because at the end of the day, we are far more alike than different.
With conversation, laughter, kindness, and genuine curiosity, I believe we can still hope, root, and strive toward our version of utopia.
Because honestly … what do we have to lose?
The Inspiration
At 26, I founded a national business magazine called NV (New Vision in Business) to highlight urban professionals. I was driven by the lack of positive stories about people who looked like me. Through the success of NV, I was able to meet incredible individuals from diverse cultures and discovered that we share far more similarities than differences. We are all human, uniquely different, yet bound by shared experiences that deserve to be discussed and celebrated.
That realization became the inspiration behind The Incc.
Our mission is simple yet powerful:

The Incc is entirely funded by myself and a circle of friends and family from diverse backgrounds and cultures, including Asian, Black, British, Jewish, Palestinian, and White American - all united by the belief that cultural bridge-building can bring us closer together and is good for everyone. The Incc can help us all expand our minds and network.
